
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Bintulu
Job description:
Assist in handling daily accounting, bookkeeping tasks and finance operations.
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
Assist in bank reconciliation and filing of accounting documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
Assist in preparing reports and other accounting-related documents.
Assist with SST/payroll-related documentation where required.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and other parties when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
Willing to learn.
Requirements:
Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
