SERVICE ADVISOR (Kota Samarahan)
Job Responsibilities:
Attend promptly to customers' needs in servicing and repairing of vehicles
Provide advice to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicles
Ensure effective implementations of customer's retention activities
Assist in achieving outlet's servicing target, KPI and customers satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Young, energetic, self-motivated and pleasant personality
Excellent team player with strong customer centric attitude
Result-oriented person
Possess a valid driving licence
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
