MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS  (Kota Samarahan)
Job Responsibilities:    
Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre
Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets
Develop and motivate aftersales staff
Focus on customers' satisfaction activities
Regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

 

 

BORNEO MOBILITY (SAMARAHAN) SDN BHD - 1. MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS (Kota Samarahan), Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent; Minimum 3 years working experience; Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre.
2. SALES EXECUTIVE (Kota Samarahan), Minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business Management or related field; Promote and sell new vehicles to achieve sales targets.
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (Kota Samarahan), Minimum Diploma/Degree holder; Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally; Maintain good customer relationships.
4. SALES ADVISOR (Kota Samarahan), Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma; Minimum 1-2 years working experience; Process sales and financial transactions.
5. SERVICE ADVISOR (Kota Samarahan), Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Attend promptly to customers’ needs in servicing and repairing of vehicles.
