
HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Administer attendance, leave, overtime, and employee benefits.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, and termination letters.
Ensure compliance with Sarawak labour laws and company HR policies.
Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals, and staff development programmes.
Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations.
Manage office administration, stationery, uniforms, and company assets.
Coordinate insurance renewals, licences, and other administrative matters.
Liaise with government authorities and external service providers when required.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
Support Management and Directors with ad-hoc HR and administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Knowledge of Sarawak employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, leave management, and employee relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with HR or payroll software is an advantage.
