FRONTDESK CUM SERVICE CONSULTANT
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above.
Previous experience in customer service, front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a professional attitude.
Responsible, organised and able to multitask.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Scope:
Welcome customers and manage front desk operations.
Handle appointment bookings, incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Provide professional customer service and basic consultation on dental services.
Register patients, process payments and perform cashiering duties.
Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
