HR EXECUTIVE / OFFICER    (immediate vacancy)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, training, and employee relations
Assist in handling attendance, leave administration, and overtime (OT) calculations accurately
Assist in maintaining proper HR records, documentation, and filing systems
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Assist in handling disciplinary matters with professionalism and sound judgment
Provide support in basic company secretarial matters when required
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
2–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged  to apply
Knowledge of Sarawak Labour Ordinance is an added advantage
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
Exposure to basic company secretarial work is a plus
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
High level of integrity, responsibility, and good judgment
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

 

PEMBINAAN JAYA MAJU SDN BHD - 1. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Kuching, Sarawak), Diploma or Degree, Minimum 3 to 6 years, Handle general accounting functions, bank reconciliations, collections and cash flow forecasts
2. HR EXECUTIVE / OFFICER (Kuching, Sarawak), Diploma/Degree, 2–3 years preferred, Assist recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance, leave administration and employee relations
3. QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching, Sarawak), Degree in Quantity Surveying, 1–3 years preferred, Manage claims, measurement take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions
