ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE   (immediate vacancy)
Requirements
Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of accounting experience, with full set of accounts exposure.
Preferably with experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in SQL Accounting Software.
Knowledge of SST regulations, tax computations, capital allowances, and tax schedules.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
Strong integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage.
Job Scope
Handle general accounting functions.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor transactions.
Follow up on client payments and manage collections.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist in budgeting.
Prepare tax schedules and support tax computation work.
Assist in management reporting and financial analysis.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
