JUNIOR QC EXECUTIVE (Based at Demak Laut)
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct routine hygiene inspections of production, warehouse, and common areas.
Verify washing, cleaning, and sanitation activities are carried out according to established SOPs and hygiene standards.
Conduct pre-operational hygiene inspections before production commencement.
Monitor compliance with GMP, food safety, Halal, and company hygiene requirements.
Plan, schedule, and assign daily cleaning tasks to cleaners.
Coordinate manpower deployment to ensure adequate coverage of all designated cleaning areas.
Supervise and monitor cleaners' performance, attendance, and task completion.
Perform hygiene verification activities, including environmental monitoring and cleanliness inspections.
Maintain hygiene records, cleaning schedules, inspection reports, and corrective action documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in QC, QA, hygiene, sanitation, food manufacturing, central kitchen, F&B environment or similar.
Knowledge of GMP, Halal, or related food safety systems
Experience in supervising cleaners or coordinating sanitation manpower is an advantage.
Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
