Qualifications
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary to senior executives will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
Scope of Work
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO.
Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required by the CEO.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments with internal and external parties.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the CEO.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems related to the CEO’s office.
Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the CEO.
