COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Engage with residents daily via iRuma, concierge, events, and on-ground support.
Clarify concerns, manage expectations, and support timely
resolutions.
Help shape a warm, supportive community culture.
Coordinate with KFPM, guards, vendors, and contractors.
Follow up on AI-CCTV triggers, facilities issues, and guard
performance.
Track feedback and prepare weekly reports.
Support event planning, logistics, communication, and on-
ground execution.
Monitor vendor performance and resident satisfaction.
Support adoption and subscription growth.
Identify gaps, propose solutions, and support new SOPs or initiatives.
Work with the Community R&D Executive on data and insights.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisation skills.
Agile, proactive, and comfortable handling varied tasks.
Friendly, people-oriented, and collaborative.
Experience in community management, customer service,
hospitality, events, or operations is an added advantage.
Comfortable with digital tools (iRuma, WhatsApp, Monday.com,
Excel)
