QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate the quantity and costs of labor, materials, and machinery.
Project Planning: Develop cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections to ensure project success.
Liaison: Liaise with Consultants on all contractual matters, progress claim, site valuation, variation orders, final   certificate.
Contract Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project   execution.
Tender Preparation: Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments including Finance and Project Management to   ensure smooth operations.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in the construction field.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, committed and good communication skills.
Good working attitude, ability to organize, planning and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, Mandarin is an added advantage.
Computer literate is essential, must be well-versed in MS Office, AutoCAD.
