EXECUTIVE, INTERIOR DESIGNER 
Responsibilities
Prepare tile layout drawings, design proposals and technical drawings based on architects’, consultants’ and   clients’ plans.
Develop creative and practical tile design solutions that meet project requirements, specifications and aesthetic   objectives.
Produce detailed drawings and presentations using CAD and other design software.
Prepare 3D visualizations and mock-ups to support project presentations and customer proposals.
Work closely with the Project team to provide design recommendations and technical support.
Assist in the selection and application of ceramic, porcelain and related finishing materials for residential,   commercial and industrial projects.
Ensure design layouts comply with project specifications, industry standards and relevant building requirements.
Keep abreast of interior design trends, tile applications and industry developments.
Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, Art & Design or a related field.
Candidates without relevant qualifications but with practical experience in drafting, CAD drawing or tile   layout design are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in AutoCAD, InteriCAD T6 or similar design software.
Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering software is an added advantage.
Strong spatial planning, layout design and colour coordination skills.
Good understanding of technical drawings, construction plans and material specifications.
Creative, detail-oriented and able to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
