EXECUTIVE, SALES (EAST MALAYSIA)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the East Malaysia region
Prepare, submit and follow up on project proposals, tenders and quotations
Participate in promotional activities such as roadshows, trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches and other marketing events
Monitor and manage credit collection to ensure timely payments
Conduct market surveys, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback on market trends and developments to management
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Provide support to outstation dealers, including regular visits and on-site assistance, particularly in Sarawak
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to travel for dealer support and business development activities across East Malaysia
