WAREHOUSE – ASSISTANT / OFFICER / EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound materials, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Perform warehouse and inventory administration duties.
Analyze transactions, records, and data, and prepare inventory reconciliation and operational reports.
Process orders promptly and monitor the status of deliveries.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure up-to-date inventory reconciliation in the system.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties to support warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar industry/environment, preferably in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
Proficient in administrative and documentation tasks.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate and proficient in using warehouse/inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Safety & Health practices will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels within and outside the Company.
