
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Kuching
Job description:
Responsible in handling manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and industrial matters.
Prepare on-boarding of new staff and conduct basic orientation program.
Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department.
Checking payroll provided by Human Resource officer. Lead and develop HR department.
Responsible in manpower planning and forecasting. Handling on employee relation matter.
Develop and conduct ongoing training programs (indoor or outdoor) in line with the business needs to enhance employees’ performance and development.
Work closely with the department and assisting to implement policies and procedures.
Responsible in handling Staff’s KPI matter; such as checking, evaluate and tracking staff KPI Submission.
To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management
Requirement :
At least 3-5 years and above of working experience in related field.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human resource, management, business or related field.
Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
Well verse with Sarawak Labour Ordinance 1959 & Employment Act 1955 and other related legislation.
Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good in communication skills, Problem solving and Decision-making skills.
Salary Range: RM3,500-RM4,500 (Depending on working experience)
