Job description:
Job Type: Full-time / Part Time / Online Sales
Outdoor Sales & Up Sale : Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers. Planning and executing a structured product upselling strategy to increase sales value from existing customers and markets. Setting a clear sales target and determining the implementation timeline
Online Sales Management: Manage and grow online sales channels, including responding to customer inquiries on digital platforms, processing online orders, coordinating deliveries, and implementing online promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
Event Participation: Represent the company in roadshows and events, showcasing our products and services.
Marketing Initiatives: Execute and support marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Follow-up and After-Sales Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on sales and addressing after-sales inquiries or issues promptly. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and continuously monitor customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty.
Requirement :
At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry
Candidates must be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
Benefits :
Monthly Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,000
