INSPECTOR OF WORKS (IOW)

INSPECTOR OF WORKS (IOW) : PROJECT LOCATION: MATANG HILIR, PADAWAN, SARAWAK
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction activities
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and standards
Prepare site progress reports and inspection records
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety requirements at the project site
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction supervision or related field
Strong experience in building works, site inspection and construction supervision
Knowledgeable in construction specifications, standards and site safety procedures
Able to prepare site reports and maintain daily site records
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with consultants, contractors and   relevant stakeholders.
