RESIDENT ENGINEER

RESIDENT ENGINEER : PROJECT LOCATION: MARADONG, SARIKEI.
Responsibilities:
As the Site Leader, the Resident Engineer will be responsible for:
Leading the site supervision team in monitoring construction works, maintaining detailed documentation of   records and preparing accurate and timely reports to all relevant parties;
Working closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project through effective on-site   execution in line with approved designs and project objectives;
Providing full support and professional advice to all associated project teams during site reconnaissance and   implementation stages; and
Preparing reports and attending site and project meetings as required.
Requirements:
Possess a recognized Degree in Civil Engineering and registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM);
Minimum six (6) years of working experience in supervision of Civil & Structural (C&S) works;
Experience in bridge works and road works will be an added advantage;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to manage and liaise effectively with clients,   authorities, consultants, contractors and staff at all levels;
Proficient in English, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel; and
Possess a valid driving licence.
