Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in Admin
Possess Diploma or higher academic qualifications.
Well organized and able to multi-task
Ability to communicate in English and Malay, Mandarin is advantage
Possess strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL is advantage)
Good in communication skills, personality, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Vehicle insurance & roadtax renewal
New and renewal of project insurance
Roadtax & Puspakom
Certifications & Compliance
JKKP / LPKP certification renewal (lorry, trailer, crane)
CAC (SEB) competent person documentation & renewal
Other related staff certifications (WAH / SESP/EIU/First Aid/Vehicle Pass)
Company Licenses
Monitoring expiry & renewal (UPKJ, CIDB Company, Trade License, etc)
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and information
Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
