ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/SITE SUPERVISOR
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Auto CAD
Lead coordinator for mechanical and electrical design, drawings and BQ with other related trades (architecture,   civil & structure, BIM, etc)
Preparation of M&E cost estimate based on design
Prepare and review drawings against Bill of Quantities for accuracy
Liaise with client, consultants, sub-contractors, authorities (local authorities, fire & rescue department inclusive   of inspection, site visit and testing (if required)
Prepare, coordinate and execute M&E works documentations such as method statement, shop drawing,   Factory Acceptance Test, testing requirements for all M&E trades, as-built documentation as well as O&M Manual
Plan works for M&E trades of daily & weekly progress targets based on short- term details schedule
Plan construction sequence of M&E trade and any interfacing in detail
Monitor the overall M&E works progress, work scheduling, manpower and material schedules.
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant qualifications 
compulsory)
At least 3 years working experience at site in handling and coordinating mechanical & electrical-related projects 
compulsory)
Fast, efficient, productive & able to multi-task with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
Excellent organisational skill is a must, including the ability to analyse tasks and prioritise
Able to do works on AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
