
SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Possess SPM, Certificate, or Diploma qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Responsible for handling administrative and documentation matters, maintaining customer and property databases, and coordinating with lawyers, sales agents, and prospective buyers.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for property projects.
Prepare, manage, and distribute marketing materials, including online property listings, advertisements, and social media content updates.
Provide professional customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Self-motivated, responsible, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
