
PROJECT /CONTRACT MANAGER
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Responsible for leading project teams, overseeing all phases of construction, managing contractual matters, monitoring budgets and schedules, supporting tendering and procurement, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Dynamic, results-driven, and adaptable, with proficiency in project management tools and the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
