Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Handle general office administration (filing, documentation, correspondence)
Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Maintain proper records and ensure organized documentation system
Accounting Duties
Handle full set or partial accounts (depending on company size)
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-3 years working experience in account
Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & accounting software)
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
