JUNIOR ARCHITECT

JUNIOR ARCHITECT -     Green Heights Area, Kuching
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in Architecture and/or relevant fields 
Minimum 5 years experiences in an architectural consultancy practice in Kuching or in other cities within Malaysia 
Proficient skill and interest in architectural design 
Must be able to work in a learn and individually 
Must be able to work in a last paced environment 
Proficient in drafting software i.e. AutoCAD, ZWCad 
Proficient in 3D modelling / BIM software i.e. SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD 
Proficient in Microsoft Office software i.e. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel 
Knowledgable in S801994, BOMBA requirements, planning guidelines and building regulatory standards 
Sufficient understanding of local authority requirements (e.g., DBKU, MBKS) and their submission processes 
Experienced in preparing, compiling and documenting submission and tender drawings from start to finish 
Must possess valid driving license and own transport 
Must be wilting to travel when required 
Job Responsibilities: 
Prepare and develop design based on brief given 
Preparing submission drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings and other necessary documents to   the relevant approving authorities 
Attending site meetings when required and preparing minutes of meeting 
Meeting relevant authorities for submission processes.
