IT TECHNICIAN - Batu Niah/ Bintulu
Job Descriptions
Provide IT support across departments within the assigned region
To perform repair services on surveillance system at office and outlet, including repairing of faulty equipment   when reported by users.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware, systems, and surveillance (CCTV) equipment
Ensure all IT equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly
To assist in IT special projects assigned by HOD (e.g. replacement/ relocation of CCTV, network infrastructure   in new outlets etc.).
Support system maintenance, server upkeep, and software updates
Ensure data backup, confidentiality, and proper filing systems
Follow SOPs, safety regulations (OSHA), and company guidelines
Report issues promptly and perform tasks assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year working experience in related field.
Knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, and   operating systems
