QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) - Bintulu
Job Descriptions
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documents for construction projects.
Liaising with project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Obtain competitive bid and award tender on time, minimize VO/EOT, ensure the completion of Final Account.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Prepare document and report every work/ project done.
Job Requirements
Must possess professional certificate, Diploma/ Degree in quantity surveying, or equivalent. 
At least five (5) years working experiences in related position or related field.
Possess knowledge of project planning process, cost estimate and control.
Excellent planning skill, good interpersonal communication skill.
Willing to outstation.
Good personality- Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
Able to speak in mandarin is an added advantage.
