HOSTEL WARDEN (Female) - Kuching
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in any discipline (experience in student affairs or hostel management is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage student matters professionally.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
Responsible, approachable and able to enforce rules with fairness and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hostel operations, including room allocation, maintenance and cleanliness 
Ensure the safety and security of residents by enforcing hostel rules and regulations
Provide guidance and support to students on hostel-related matters. 
Attend promptly to students’ emergency matters and provide necessary assistance or escalation.
Liaise with campus departments on student welfare, maintenance and disciplinary issues.
Conduct regular checks to ensure proper upkeep of hostel facilities
