IT EXECUTIVE

IT EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems with three (3) years working   experience in related field.
Passionate in IT and willing to go extra mile to provide quality services to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all network usage and security protocols align strictly with organizational Standard Operating Procedures 
SOPs).
Maintain continuous oversight of network infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems to ensure peak   performance and uptime.
Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for staff and students.
Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations to ensure accountability and   resource tracking.
Carry out routine maintenance checks for optimal system functionality.
