SITE SUPERVISOR   (4-5 open positions)- Kuching / Gedong
QUALIFICATION :
Language(s) required: English/Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Knowledge & experience in Housing site work coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the sub contractor activities
Liaise with manager and sub contractors to to ensure the installation works are developing as planned & tally with drawing
Resolve on site issue
Verify work progress work done by M&E subcon
Ordering material
 

HONG SENG CONSTRUCTION (E.M.) SDN BHD - 1. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER (Kuching / Gedong), Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 3–10 years construction experience, Lead the planning and execution of construction projects 2. ENGINEER / QAQC OFFICER (CIVIL/STRUCTURAL/M&E/GENERAL) (Kuching / Gedong), Degree in relevant engineering discipline, 2–5 years construction or engineering experience, Manage engineering works for ongoing projects 3. FACILITY MANAGER (Kuching / Gedong), Diploma/Degree in FM, Building Services, Engineering, or related fields, 3–5 years facility management experience 4. SAFETY OFFICER & SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Kuching / Gedong), 1-2 open positions, Has successfully completed a site safety supervisor course, Inspect and rectify any unsafe conditions 5. SITE SUPERVISOR (Kuching / Gedong), 4-5 open positions, Language(s) required: English/Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, Manage the sub contractor activities Email Resume
