QUALIFICATION :
Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
3–10 years construction experience, including managerial roles.
Strong leadership and project management capability.
Familiar with CIDB, JKKP, JKR standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead the planning and execution of construction projects.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Ensure progress, safety, cost control, and quality compliance.
Prepare work programmers, method statements, and reports.
Conduct site meetings and resolve technical challenges.
Liaise with clients and authorities.
