QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
Handle contract documentation, submissions, and cost evaluations.
Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage progress claims and interim payments in coordination with project teams.

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
Minimum5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
