SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Manage tender costing, budgeting, and commercial evaluation.
Review tender/contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates, BQ, tender analysis, and commercial reports.
Evaluate and negotiate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in construction industry.
Strong knowledge in tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Experience in infrastructure/civil projects preferred.
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
