ACCOUNTANT

ACCOUNTANT - Based in Kuching
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts and annual statutory reporting
Ensure timely submission of quarterly announcements, annual reports, and other regulatory filings
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS, Companies Act 2016, and   Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements
Perform sufficient financial & costing analysis for management decisions
Ensure intercompany balances correct and reconciled
Prepare annual budget and analyses variances between actual and budget 
Assist in monitoring company’s cash flows
Liaise with company secretaries, auditors and tax agents and etc
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management 
Requirements: 
Possess at least a Master/ Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accounting or a related field 
At least 3 years of working experience in related field
Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices; financial reporting, audit and taxation
Ensure compliance with MFRS, Companies Act 2016, and Bursa Malaysia requirements
Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
