CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER - Based in Kuching
Responsibilities:
Supporting, developing and implementing strategic plans in accordance with the companies’ mission and vision statements
Managing the corporate and secretarial function of the Group, and co-ordinating administrative processes and procedures to ensure organisational and operational effectiveness and efficiency
To oversee the secretarial matters such as preparing directors’ resolutions for the Group, minutes of meetings as and when required and announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
To support CEO, CFO and the Board in corporate exercise of the Company
To support CEO & CFO in preparation of Annual report for shareholders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders
Managing the company’s external communication strategies including media relations, crisis and reputation management
Managing the organisation’s Corporate social responsibility, sustainability-related efforts and Corporate Governance initiatives.
Ensure the alignment of all communication with all of the organisation’s chosen stakeholders
Liaise with Marketing, People Management, Sales and other functional areas, towards supporting the company’s values and core branding activities
Lead IT department and oversee the Information Technology function of the Group
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration, Secretarial Practice, or a related field
At least 5 years of working experience in related field
Strong organization, communication and planning skills with a positive attitude
Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
