
IT/IS EXECUTIVE -Kota Padawan, Kuching
Requirements: -
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or a related field.
Proven experiences as an IT/IS executive, technical support, or similar role.
Strong understanding of network protocols, server management, database systems and software (Autocount and Pos)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities: -
Providing helpdesk, technical support, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues
LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Installing, configuring, and upgrading servers, workstations, and network equipment.
Ensuring data security, performing backups, managing firewalls, and implementing anti-virus software.
Setting up user accounts.
Coordinating with external service providers for repairs or system.
