
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER -Kota Padawan, Kuching
Requirements: -
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field is often related.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience, often in specialized fields like poultry/livestock & and retails is an added advantage, with at least 5 years in managerial role.
Strong ability to motivate teams and make critical decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers and stakeholders.
Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting and performance metrics.
Aptitude for addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
Capable of maneuvering and excelling in a rapidly changing setting.
Responsibilities: -
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise, mentor and train departmental managers and staff.
Oversee budgeting, reporting and financial performance.
Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.
Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Create robust partnerships with vendors and service providers.
Review and analyze sales, operational and financial reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations and quality standards.
