Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall dealership business operations.
Oversee and monitor the performance of the Sales, Service, and Body & Paint Departments.
Develop business strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dealership performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in managing multi-department dealership operations.
Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
