DIRECTOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT - (Based in Bintulu)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
Read, draft, respond, and manage emails on behalf of the Director when required.
Plan, implement, and monitor business improvement programs and initiatives.
Analyze staff benefits and assist in designing incentive schemes to enhance employee performance and retention.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, or related field.
Proven working experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong experience in administrative coordination and management support.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
