DIRECTOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT - (Based in Bintulu)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
Read, draft, respond, and manage emails on behalf of the Director when required.
Plan, implement, and monitor business improvement programs and initiatives.
Analyze staff benefits and assist in designing incentive schemes to enhance employee performance and retention.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, or related field.
Proven working experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong experience in administrative coordination and management support.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

3. ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER (Based in Bintulu), Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in automotive sales, Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations.
4. INSURANCE ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based in Bintulu), Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged, Prepare insurance renewal quotations.
