SITE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL / EARTHWORK -  Song Area, Sarawak
Job Description:
o    Earthwork: Supervise and coordinate excavation, grading, and compaction. Ensure compliance with project 
    specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Monitor heavy machinery and report progress to 
    the Project Manager.
o    Civil Works: Manage daily site operations, workforce, and subcontractors. Ensure construction is executed 
    according to design and quality standards. Conduct site inspections, address issues, and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or CIDB Certified Supervisor 
Minimum 8 years experience in earthworks, cut & fill, road works, or civil works supervision 
Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and site manpower
