QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Job Description:
o    Prepare project cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
o    Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
o    Monitor project costs and coordinate with site team and contractors.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
1–3 years experience in civil/infrastructure projects preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project.
Good communication and teamwork skills.s
