
AIRBNB ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - Kuching
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (SPM holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property management, short-term rental management, customer service, or a similar role
Familiar with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms, including listing management and guest communication
Able to manage daily operations, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to handle multiple listings and respond promptly to guest inquiries
Position is fully remote; no office attendance required, with flexible working hours
Willing to travel between properties when required (if necessary)
Proficient in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
