SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (SPM holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.)
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction-related role
Knowledgeable in site operations, safety regulations, and construction procedures
Able to supervise site activities, manage workers, and ensure tasks are completed on time
Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel and work at various project sites when required
Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
