SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (SHO) - Bintulu (Tatau)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations and standards
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports with recommendations
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees
Monitor workplace practices to ensure safe working conditions
Maintain accurate safety documentation and records
Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture within the organization

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Safety & Health Officer (SHO)
Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH Malaysia 
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
