COMMERCIAL MANAGER (Kuching, Sarawak)
Job Description:
Manage projects relating to commercial and contract matters from inception to commissioning phases of projects.
Managing and administering the pre and post contractual matters ensuring the commercial matters are dealt with in accordance with the company procedures and best practices.
provide inputs on the contract specification and general conditions, evaluate the contractor’s contractual claim, negotiate and resolution of contractual disputes.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management. Relevant qualifications or demonstrable knowledge in construction contracts will be favorably viewed. 
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant working experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
