MARKETING ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns including roadshows, machinery exhibitions, and product launching events. 
Coordinate closely with the Sales team on machinery sales forecasts, project tracking, and market information. 
Maintain and update marketing materials such as brochures, product specifications, and promotional content. 
Monitor online platforms (social media, website, inquiries) and assign leads to Sales or Aftermarket teams accordingly. 
Coordinate import and export processes for machinery, ensuring compliance with documentation and logistics requirements. 
Handle registration processes with JPJ and PUSPAKOM for machinery/vehicles. 
Manage documentation related to marketing activities including invoices, vendor coordination, and purchase requests. 
Liaise with regional or principal marketing teams for approvals, branding alignment, and campaign execution. 
Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 
1–3 years of working experience in marketing/admin role (experience in machinery, construction, or industrial sector is an advantage). 
Good coordination and communication skills, especially in supporting Sales operations. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills. 
Familiar with JPJ & PUSPAKOM procedures is an added advantage. 
Willing to travel within Sarawak when required.
