SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR  - Kuching & Sibu 
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or relevant certification in a construction-related field.
Significant experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
Solid understanding of construction processes and best practices.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

JOB SCOPE:
Supervise and direct daily on-site labour and activities.
Ensure construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and other project staff.
Maintain daily work logs and reports.
Enforce safety regulations and site rules.
