SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)  - Kuching & Sibu 
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

JOB SCOPE:
Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Track project expenses and payments.
Measure and value the work executed on-site.
Negotiate and agree on costs with contractors and suppliers.
Ensure all commercial aspects of the project are managed efficiently and profitably.
