SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
To generate sales through online and offline marketing strategy.
Attending to customers calls, enquiry and arranging viewing at showroom / site.
To negotiate with customers and achieve sales target.
To conduct and participate in sales & marketing activities (eg: open house, roadshows, exhibition, product 
    launching, etc.).
Collect and compile market research data.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related discipline.
At least 1 - 3 years of sales / customer service experience, preferably in property or real estate development 
    industry or real estate agency.
Candidates who have the interest to start a sales career but without relevant experience may apply. Training will 
    be provided.
Have a Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and result-oriented.
Have a ‘Can Do’ attitude and mindset, pay attention to details.
Good communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Possess own transport.
