SITE ENGINEER / SITE MANAGER - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage overall  site operations, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with approved 
drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate site personnel, including workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical matters and site execution. 
Liaise with consultants, relevant authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Review construction drawings and address any technical issues or discrepancies. 
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, environmental regulations, and project 
    specifications. 
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions. 
Conduct site inspections and prepare accurate progress reports, site records, and documentation. 
Plan, organize, and control site activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. 
Ensure proper implementation of method statements and work procedures.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction or related field.
At least 5 - 8 years of relevant construction experience,  including 3 years in an managerial role. Candidates with 
    less experience may be considered for a junior role.
Experience in landed housing / high-rise construction is preferred.
Knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local regulations. 
Excellent leadership, coordination, communication and team management skills. 
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
Must possess own transport.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as delegated.
