
CONTRACT MANAGER
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
At least 2-5 years of working experience in the construction or property development industry.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and project coordination, with experience in handling subcontractor claims, variations, and monitoring project costs.
Responsible for managing contractual matters, supporting tendering and procurement, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
